What can you expect from this position?
Reporting to the Associate Director, Groundside Transportation Business Planning \& Performance, this role leads the Product Development and Innovation Business Unit with a focus on driving revenue growth and enhancing the passenger and partner experience. You'll be responsible for leading and collaborating with individuals and teams to create transformative products and business solutions that align with the evolving needs of the transportation industry. You'll oversee the full product lifecycle---from ideation through to delivery---across airport parking, ground transportation, and EV charging services. The role involves extensive cross-functional collaboration and developing solutions including those that are both passenger and partner facing, and those that require complex integrations with internal and third party stakeholders. You'll also foster a high-performance culture rooted in innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
As Manager, Product Development and Innovation, you will:
- Lead the development and execution of long-term product strategy and roadmaps for groundside transportation, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals, customer needs, and capital planning priorities.
- Manage and evolve all digital and e-commerce platforms related to parking, ground transportation, EV charging, and curbside services, ensuring seamless and customer-centric experiences.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including IT, Operations, Finance, and SR\&C to ensure products are integrated, scalable, and aligned with internal and external stakeholder expectations; influence and partner with business leaders to drive product success.
- Leverage market insights, data, and customer feedback to shape product direction and prioritize features that support customer experience, strategic value, and operational excellence.
- Lead the development of business cases, including capital funding requests, RFIs, and RFPs, navigating complex procurement processes and presenting to executive leadership.
- Track and analyze product performance using KPIs and financial metrics; identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and continuously drive improvements to meet evolving business needs.
- Build strong relationships with third-party vendors, partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, effective execution, and delivery against strategic goals.
- Drive annual business planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities related to product lines, co-managing P\&L responsibilities and develop strategic plans including "go to market" initiatives.
- Inspire, coach, and develop a diverse, high-performing team by setting clear goals, fostering accountability, and creating a positive, inclusive, and adaptive work environment.
This is the role for you, if you have:
- Post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Digital Technology and/or Product Management, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
- 8 years of experience in digital product management within a customer-centric environment, with a strong track record of delivering impactful, integrated product strategies.
- 5 years of experience leading cross-functional teams across departments such as IT, marketing, operations, and business development.
- Proven success building and defending high-value business cases, including those over $5M .
- Demonstrated leadership in a matrixed and unionized environment, with 3--5 years of people management experience.
- Ability to obtain and retain Transportation Security Clearance at the designated level for the position.
