You'll be responsible for:
- Integrating CIAM solutions with Enterprise systems such as CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and custom applications.
- Driving, implementing and prioritizing application stability and service automation / optimization initiatives ensuring adherence and compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Analyzing application testing and production trends, proactively identify and act on emerging issues with Agile squads, driving detailed root cause analysis, and dive into the code to implement/drive tuning and enhancements.
- Configuring and managing user authentication, registration, and profile management in CIAM platforms like Transmit, Okta, Auth0, Ping Identity, ForgeRock or similar.
- Managing user data securely, including personally identifiable information (PII) and mitigating risks related to CIAM solutions.
- Configuring and managing APIM solutions in hybrid architectures, ensuring seamless integration and data flow between on-premises and cloud components.
- Configuring and managing API policies for authentication, authorization, rate limiting and traffic management.
- Developing and implementing automation solutions, reducing intervention and streamlining the process for infrastructure and application management.
- Create and maintain detailed technical and AppOps documentation for our Product Enablement and Foundational services.
- Consolidate and automate dashboards, events and reports on Customer Journey success metrics/KPIs.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and maintain application security, technology currency and vulnerabilities remediation with a keen eye on continuous process improvement and service resiliency.
- Responding to and quickly resolving escalated issues, 24/7 rotating on call production support and proactively mitigating risk and impact to production systems.
You bring:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A strong understanding of identity protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML and how these protocols are used in authentication and authorization workflows.
- 4 years of experience with CIAM platforms like Transmit, Okta, Auth0, Ping Identity, ForgeRock / relevant experience in IDAM domains.
- 3 years of experience with API gateway platforms such as Kong, Axway, AWS API Gateway.
- A strong understanding CIAM best practices including workflows, password policies, multi-factor authentication and account recovery mechanisms.
- Expertise in configuring and supporting user authentication, registration, profile management features.
- Knowledge/skills in architecting Access Management / SSO / Federation systems leveraged by multi clients and large-scale users.
- Hands on experience with tools such as Azure Monitor, Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, ServiceNow.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and are able to seamlessly communicate with business and technical stakeholders.
- A strong team player and are able to actively engage with others in a fast paced Agile environment.
- Eligibility to work for Interac Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity.
