Job Description:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) -- Ontario will focus on expanding the LOC Security footprint across Ontario by delivering smart and secure access solutions to businesses and communities. This objective will be achieved by duties including, but not limited to:
- Developing strong industry partnerships with contractors, home builders, property managers, integrators, and distributors to provide cutting-edge security solutions.
- Identifying new business opportunities to drive growth and innovation in the access control industry.
- Offering tailored, efficient, and reliable security solutions to enhance safety and convenience.
- Ensuring competitive pricing and top-tier customer support to meet the evolving needs of the market.
Experience \& Requirements:
- Experience developing, building and maintaining relationships \& partnerships with contractors, builders, and property managers.
- Experience identifying and closing new business opportunities.
- Experience negotiating contracts ensuring a competitive offer to customers optimizing the opportunity for growth.
- Experience working in a Business Development role within of the following industries: Access Control, Security, Hospitality, Multi-Dwelling Establishments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
- Reliable personal transportation across Ontario.
- Bi-lingual ability considered an asset.
Other Details:
Compensation:
- Pay: $60,000 - $75,000/Year base salary based on experience.
- Competitive commission plan.
- All travel expenses paid (including mileage).
- Company benefits on day one.
Type of Work: Permanent, Full-Time
Total Hours: 35 - 44 hours/week
Location: Work from Home (Ontario office available for use as needed).
