Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring the sales floor and back-of-house areas are organized, clean, and well-stocked.
• Ensure all merchandise is properly tagged, labeled, and stored according to company standards.
• Conduct regular inventory audits, identify discrepancies, and report findings to the management team.
• Lead restocking efforts to ensure product availability on the sales floor.
• Train and coach new sales associates on store procedures, including cash handling, prepaid orders, and inventory management.
• Prepare and submit a monthly back-of-house report to the Store Manager, District Manager, and Visual Manager.
• Provide weekly reports to the Buying team on consistently damaged or high-risk items.
• Track and follow up with online and prepaid customer orders to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Assist the stock team on high-volume shipment days, including markdowns, consolidations, and inventory prep.
• Follow store-specific procedures for handling damaged merchandise.
• Support fitting room operations during peak hours and weekends.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or stock management role.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with basic reporting and data tracking.
Physical Requirements:
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and climbing ladders.
