Monthly general accounting tasks including, payroll JEs, fixed assets, prepaid expenses

InterCo charges management
-
Prepare reconciliations for balance sheet and other assigned general ledger accounts

Manage interco balance reconciliations
-
Payroll account reconciliations
-
Monthly retail sales tax return preparation
-
Review weekly bank reconciliations
-
Weekly cash flow forecasting and allocation of cash spend
-
Other duties as assigned
-
Preparing and supporting the monthly forecasting process taking inputs from operations teams and updating forecast

Monthly analysis of actuals vs. budget and forecast for full P\&L
-
Supporting the annual budgeting process
-
Other ad-hoc projects, analysis, and backup support for other members in the team as required
What we are looking for:
- Bachelors degree in finance or accounting
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance / accounting role
- Excel -- intermediate level -- V- lookups, Pivot tables
- Good analytical and numeric skills, great attention to details
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work in fast-paced work environment
