The Team Leader will assist the Direct Support Professionals in meeting the needs of the people we serve, promoting growth and enhancing quality of life. They are responsible to lead the team in the delivery of the daily supports and services provided at the location. The Team Leader provides timely communication to their supervisor on important matters related to support, services, and employee performance.
They respect and uphold the Values, Vision and Mission of Karis Disability Services, demonstrating the highest standards of courtesy, respect and integrity in their dealings with persons supported, other employees and both internal and external stakeholders. Ability to think creatively a must. Will develop into a leadership position with supervision of additional staff. All training provided. Excellent benefit package.

Requirements
- Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Police Check
- Valid class 5 Saskatchewan Driving License and access to reliable transportation
- Satisfactory Driver's Abstract
Preferred
- 2 years Developmental Services experience
- College diploma/Degree in related Field of Developmental Services, DSW equivalent
