Your Role:
As our Sr. TPM, you'll be the driving force behind our most ambitious SmartHome initiatives. You won't just be managing projects -- you'll be a key player in shaping the future of our business. Your expertise will directly contribute to building and driving our SmartHome roadmap, pushing the boundaries of what's possible.
In this role, you will:
- Work closely with Product Development and Engineering teams on delivery of feature requests from prioritization to design to test and development
- Manage relationships, stakeholder communication, and cross-team dependencies, including scoping, planning, prioritization, escalation, capacity planning, and cross-functional alignment
- Partner and collaborate with product, technology, business, and cross-functional partners to support business objectives through plan definition management, delivery management, proactive resolution of project risks/issues, and cross-functional roadmap efficiencies
- Drive cross-functional technical initiatives by aligning teams on strategies to drive technical delivery and program management

Qualifications
What Sets You Apart:
- A track record of successfully launching large-scale software development projects
- The ability to articulate project management principles with the fluency of a seasoned program manager
- Technical acumen that allows you to speak the language of developers and business leaders alike
- A knack for building partnerships and driving collaboration across diverse functional groups
What you bring:
- 7+ years of experience managing complex, consumer facing programs working in an agile environment on Software development projects
- Able to clearly and succinctly communicate with all levels of the organization
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work in a cross-functional environment
- Demonstrated skills and experience managing software development leveraging agile/scrum methodologies while driving clear action and ownership
- Forward, proactive, and strategic thinker with the ability to think outside of the box
- Experience managing projects in cloud environments including Cloud Platform; microservices design and delivery; requiring data engineering work, building data pipelines, and automating processes preferred
Salary Range: $97,000-$145,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%
Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits such as:
