If you are interested in playing a key role making meaningful impact supporting our CEDA offices, apply now! Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesProviding full time coverage of our front desk! You will be the first point of contact helping answer phones, distribute mail and greet visitors as they arrive.
Complete general administrative tasks to keep the office running. These tasks include maintaining visitor logs, coordinating shared office spaces, managing mail, managing office supplies, filling documents all with accuracy and efficiency! Help maintain business licenses, directories and certificates
Support client billing by capturing daily services orders and enter them in the client billing system (Fieldglass)Assist our turnaround team with booking training, new employee onboarding, billing, etc.Help our office with recognition and events, such as site safety recognition and Christmas appreciation gifts
Receive purchase requisition requests and enter accurately into Dynamics AX creating purchase orders
Develops and maintains positive internal and external customer relations
Provide other administrative support as required
Role Specifications:2 years in an administrative or related role is requiredA high school diploma is required
High-level communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with Fieldglass is required
Knowledge of Microsoft Office -- Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio is an AssetSkills:You have an uncompromising belief in teamwork that allows you to effectively collaborate with others while supporting the goals of the business
Strong organization, prioritization, and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail
You are highly motivated and proactive; eagerly accepting new challenges
