Food Service Supervisor
Marble Slab Creamery, located at Kelowna, BC, is looking to hire Full-time \& Permanent Food Service Supervisors for their 2 Locations. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma along with a minimum of 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience and a passion for succeeding in the food service industry.
The person should be able to perform the following job duties and responsibilities:
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies.
- Ensure food service and quality control.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports.
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef.
- Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres.
- Supervise and check assembly of trays.
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys.
- Establish work schedules.
