Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and strategic direction across multiple development teams.
- Design and oversee architecture for complex systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to align technology goals with business objectives.
- Evaluate and select appropriate technology stacks (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java,
- .NET, Node.js, React, Angular, AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).Ensure high-quality coding standards, code reviews, and development best practices.
- Mentor and guide senior engineers and tech leads.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend adoption when relevant.
- Manage resource planning, team growth, and vendor relationships as needed.
- Drive DevOps and CI/CD best practices to streamline development and deployment.
*Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Good years of experience in software engineering, with at good years in a leadership or director-level role.
- Expertise in multiple tech stacks (e.g., MEAN/MERN, LAMP, .NET, Java Spring, Python/Django/Flask).Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Experience with microservices architecture, API development, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
*Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Banking Domain.
