Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for a Project Manager III for their Toronto, ON / Hybrid location.
Responsibilities:
- As a ServiceNow Client Onboarding Project Manager, you will utilize your project management expertise to intake complex business problems and solution with your dev partners through daily standups.
- An understanding of Capital Markets will benefit in understanding the workflows that interconnect the pipeline between clients and sales \& trading.
- Independently lead daily standups with ServiceNow Client Onboarding developers to manage project deliverables throughout intake, planning, execution, and go-live.
- Work in close partnership with all project stakeholders to align plans, timelines, expectations, and deliverables to meet project's objectives with tact and diplomacy.
- Manage resolution of issues, recurring communication/status updates, and risks effectively.
