The Ottawa Humane Society is seeking a senior fundraising professional to lead the Major Gifts and Campaign team of two to three full-time fundraisers. Post-secondary school degree, diploma or certificate in a related field -- fundraising preferredA minimum of 5 years' management experienceA minimum of 5 years' fundraising experience developing customized donor relationship strategies to secure multi-year gifts and pledges, supporting best practices with data and reportingMPNL or CFRE is an asset
Experience working with board and/or cabinet volunteers in fundraising efforts preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with CRM database, Raiser's Edge NXT preferred
Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English is required
