On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Bilingual Recruiter - Wealth/Banking Contact Centre Hiring for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 1-2 days onsite at our client's Toronto office.
Job Description:
The Bilingual Recruiter will focus on high-volume hiring for a wealth and insurance contact center. The role involves developing and delivering effective talent acquisition and diversity plans to source and manage a pipeline of candidates. The recruiter will act as a resource for partners in their area of expertise, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the Talent Advisor for a designated portfolio
- Manage the recruitment process, including planning, assessing, and supplying candidates
- Maintain and manage candidate pipeline to meet turnover and future needs
- Provide screened candidate shortlists using enterprise hiring systems
- Ensure optimal Hiring Manager and candidate experiences
- Develop knowledge of HR policies related to recruitment
- Manage relationships with HR partners and Talent Acquisition teams
- Report on recruitment activities and outcomes
- Coordinate advertising and brand activities to attract talent
- Participate in recruitment events
Mandatory Skills:

Assignment Length:
