The opportunity Your key responsibilities
- Responsible for the design of end-to-end SAP-enabled processes and solutions, proactively managing all integration points across SAP functional areas
- Work with SAP functional teams to design, build, and implement complex cross-functional SAP solutions
- Responsible for managing consistency and quality of solutions across functional SAP workstreams
- Support SAP functional teams through the evaluation and design of custom development (RICEFW) solutions
- Lead SAP 'Phase 0[ projects, including developing SAP deployment strategies and SAP-enabled technology roadmaps
- Collaborate with SAP reporting and analytics, BASIS, development, data, and cutover/test management teams
- Lead business development activities, including RFP pursuits, developing new SAP assets/offerings for and Develop SAP assets and offerings.
Skills and attributes for success
- 10+ years' experience with multiple end-to-end implementations of SAP or similar ERP system in a solution architect role.
- SAP Energy sector experience is desired, but not a must have.
- Strong written and verbal client-facing communication and presentation skills; should be comfortable interacting with clients daily
- The ability to effectively team with diverse skills and backgrounds and foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment
- Experience with (leading) proposal writing and preparing and delivering orals presentations
- An interest in staying abreast of SAP and project management trends
- A forward thinker and self-starter that thrives on an adapts quickly to new challenges
- A strong work ethic, an ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines with confidence and ease, and a high degree of professionalism to tackle evolving, challenging and diverse client needs
