Title: Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
- Lead requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders and secure necessary approvals.
- Produce and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), source-to-target mappings (STMs), and other data analysis documentation.
- Ensure project teams deliver data assets that align with business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to maintain alignment.
- Conduct data analysis, profiling, and metadata collection.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users and obtain sign-off.

Reporting to the Lead Data Analyst within the Data Office/Engineering team, the Senior Data Analyst will collaborate across data management, delivery, and project teams to ensure data solutions deliver value to business users and align with enterprise data strategy.

Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years as a Data Analyst, preferably in Wealth Management (e.g., Retail, Retirement, Institutional, or General Accounts).
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Generative AI.
- Experience working with Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Background in data-centric projects such as Master Data Management, Data Integration, Data Warehousing, Reporting, and Big Data environments-ideally in capital markets or investment banking.
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Proven ability to deliver comprehensive data documentation within complex project environments.
- Effective communicator across multiple levels of technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience with major financial platforms and systems such as Bloomberg Polar Lake, SimCorp Dimension, Findur, Apex, Eagle, Charles River, Sylvan, and Calypso.
- Business analyst experience in building or enhancing data lakes and data warehouses.
- Knowledge of data modeling, loading, profiling, and validation using SQL.
- Experience integrating new data sources into large-scale data systems.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with AWS Connect.
