Position: Sr. Enterprise Architect

Seeking a visionary Senior Enterprise Architect to lead the transformation of enterprise business capabilities and application portfolios in a healthcare-focused, large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in capability modeling, application architecture rationalization, and generative AI (Gen AI) technologies, driving alignment between business strategies and IT solutions.
The EA Program \& Platforms lead will lead the architecture and engineering across internal tools and orchestrate integrations across Fairview's ecosystem.

Required Qualifications / Expertise
Core Expertise:
Extensive experience in capability modeling and aligning technology capabilities with business strategy.
Proven ability to rationalize application portfolios and provide roadmaps for modernization and optimization.
In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar.
Generative AI Expertise:
Practical experience with Generative AI tools and platforms, such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
Knowledge of AI/ML workflows, including data preparation, model training, and deployment.
Familiarity with ethical AI practices and governance frameworks.
Cloud Proficiency:
Strong expertise in AWS, Azure (including Gen AI tools), and GCP, with experience in designing multi-cloud and hybrid cloud architectures.
Solid understanding of cloud-native services, containerization, and microservices architectures.
Healthcare and Large Enterprise Experience:
Demonstrated experience working in the healthcare industry, designing architectures that address compliance, interoperability, and scalability.
Experience in large enterprises with complex IT environments and multiple business units.
Technical Knowledge:
Hands-on experience with modern application development, including APIs, integration platforms, and DevOps tools.
Familiarity with data management, analytics, and healthcare standards like FHIR and HL7.
Soft Skills:
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse teams.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision with immediate tactical needs.
