An educational background includes the completion of a BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science, or a relevant field, or a college/technical diploma in computer studies. Alternatively, a combination of education, training, and experience deemed equivalent and integral will contribute to success in the role.

An ITIL certification would be considered an asset.
