We are seeking an Electrical Designer, based out of our Toronto or Montreal Office.

Responsibilities:

The preparation of preliminary and detailed design drawings for engineering projects, ensuring project work complies with conditions and parameters set out in project scope of works
Ensuring all design drawings for electrical engineering project work comply with statutory and regulatory requirements and company policies and practices
Load Lists
Medium and Low Voltage single line diagrams
Electrical Substation and Room Layouts and Control Room Layouts
Liaison with electrical engineers to establish design criteria and ensuring project goals are met
Ensuring electrical design drawings for engineering projects are completed on time and within budget
Electrical and I\&C location and raceway drawings
Medium and Low Voltage motor schematics and wiring diagrams
Cable and conduit lists
Lighting calculations, and receptacle layout drawings and panel schedules
Automation network diagrams
Instrument and I/O lists and loop wiring diagrams
Control Panel Layouts
Programmable Logic I/O control panel layouts and internal wiring
