Description:
We're looking for a seasoned Recruiter with at least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within an agency setting, to join our team as an independent contractor. This is a remote position for a self-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well with minimal supervision, and has a proven track record of successfully recruiting across multiple industries. As a key part of our recruiting operations, you'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates across a variety of roles and sectors, helping our clients build exceptional teams.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Attend meetings to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
- Source candidates using a mix of platforms (LinkedIn, databases, job boards, referrals, etc.).
- Conduct screening interviews and virtual meetings to assess candidates and ensure they fit the profile.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
- Provide regular updates and insights internally.
- Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Juggle multiple requisitions across diverse industries with speed and precision.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a preference for candidates with agency recruiting background.
- Experience in the healthcare industry considered a strong asset.
- Proven ability to recruit across multiple functions and industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Highly self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Comfortable operating in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy with experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
- Must be based in Canada (Toronto preferred).
