KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Completes all steps required for fabrication and delivery of complete and partial dentures, fluoride trays as well as maxillofacial prostheses

Communications with surgical team as needed to determine extend of planned surgery and timing of delivery of prosthesis to operating room, when needed

Communicates with department dentists as needed; including in-operatory consults if required

Communicates and follows direction from dental lab technician

Assists the dental lab technician in the fabrication of advanced prosthetics
Qualifications
- Completion of a 3 years Community College Program in Dental Technology or recognized equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year practical and related experience in Dental Prosthetics
- Performing cross-functional and/or other duties consistent with the job classification, as assigned or requested
- Working in compliance of the Occupational Health \& Safety Act and its regulations, reporting hazards, deficiencies and contraventions of the Act in a timely manner
