The Channel Enablement and Training team is responsible for ensuring that Canadian channel sellers have the knowledge and skills to provide the best possible customer experience anywhere Apple products are sold by our partners. An essential component is the delivery of online training, live events and other enablement opportunities.
Our channel sales enablement and training opportunities are deployed to dozens of different B2C and B2B partners through various platforms to ensure our channel partners have everything they need to be Apple champions in the Canadian market. As a system administrator, you will play a critically role in ensuring a best-in-class learning experience for our channel partners. This role supports the creation, publishing, and maintenance of training content, enabling channel sellers with the resources they need to sell Apple solutions.
By managing system updates, user data, troubleshooting issues, and localizing content from our worldwide teams, the administrator ensures the platform aligns with the business' evolving needs. This not only helps improve the performance and engagement of our channel partners, but also supports the scalability of training programs, contributing to long-term growth of Apple in Canada. Please Note: this is a 12-month fixed term employment.
Description
In this role, you will:
- Manage content localization and version control to ensure Apple Canada training materials are current, accurate, and relevant for our diverse sales audiences (Localization)
- Publish and organize e-learning content, videos, and live events into the formats needed for our various learning and content platforms (Publishing)
- Create support materials and provide level one support directly to sellers in the channel, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to platform functionality and content (Support)
- Maintain system settings; including user/audience management, content assignments, system configurations and integration (System Admin)
- Oversee system integrations with other relevant sales technologies to ensure seamless data flow, content assignment, and user access (System Integrations)
- Generate and distribute reports to internal audiences on activity in our learning platforms, including usage, completion rates, and learner engagement (Reporting)
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in training role, with a focus in learning technologies and/or course content development
- Familiarity with the Articulate Suite, or comparable elearning/content development software
- Knowledge of SCORM standards
- Experience using Apple technology and software
- Willingness to learn and adapt new technologies and business processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, management, suppliers and clients
- Strong sense of teamwork, collaboration, and the ability to work effectively with other teams
- Passion for the customer experience, self-motivation, and the ability to operate with urgency, under limited direction and tight timelines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting sales learners
- Knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional methodologies, technology-enabled design and learning methods
- Written French language proficiency
