Key Responsibilities:1.
Branch Establishment \& OperationsOversee the preparation, setup, and daily operations of the Canadian branch, building a high-performing team. Manage internal operations, including HR, administration, finance, tax, and legal compliance.2. Business Development \& Client ManagementExpand the local market by selling recruitment and HR outsourcing services, fostering long-term client relationships.
Ensure end-to-end execution of HR outsourcing projects (client onboarding, employee relations, dispute resolution, etc.).3. Project Delivery \& Supply Chain CoordinationGuarantee high-quality delivery of outsourcing projects, while coordinating and maintaining vendor partnerships. Handle core HR services such as employee onboarding/offboarding, payroll processing, and labor compliance.4.
Strategic Reporting \& AnalysisRegularly update leadership on business progress, industry trends, and market insights to support decision-making. Qualifications1.Professional ExpertiseProficient in the six core modules of HR, with exceptional skills in recruitment and labor relations management. Familiarity with Canadian labor regulations and HR outsourcing practices; prior experience is preferred.2.
