About goeasy
goeasy is seeking a self-motivated and charismatic Team Manager to support a team of Collections Specialists. The Team Manager will be responsible for driving individual and team results through training and coaching, inspired leadership, and fostering engagement, knowledge, and skill development. This role ensures call center operations align with organizational values and business practices.

Responsibilities
- Set and meet performance targets
- Manage daily operations of the Collections team
- Review individual staff performance through monthly scorecards, identify training needs, and deliver coaching for staff development
- Handle customer escalations promptly
- Manage intraday team results and individual contributions, making adjustments within workforce management frameworks
- Ensure timely responses to waiting customers, based on call patterns, while enabling revenue opportunities
- This role requires working until 10:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with possible Saturday/Sunday shifts ending at 6 pm
Requirements
- Experience in a people leadership role (mandatory)
- Collections experience (asset)
- Call center experience (strong asset)
- Ability to meet deadlines and deliver results
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and motivate
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and recommend process or staffing changes
