About the Opportunity
Reporting to the MH\&A Program Development and working closely with the MHA Program Planning and Development Director, the Consultant will support the development, implementation, and evaluation of mental health and addictions services, standards, guidelines, and best practices. Responsibilities include facilitating health service planning, contributing to quality improvement initiatives, developing new models of service delivery, and supporting workforce development efforts.
About You
We are seeking candidates with:
- An undergraduate degree in a health discipline or related field (e.g., Business, Administration, Health Policy); a Master's degree is an asset.
- At least five years of relevant experience in health promotion, policy development, analysis, and research methods.
- Experience working in healthcare settings or with healthcare organizations is preferred.
- Project management experience and understanding of professional development, change management, and team collaboration.
- Strong data analysis skills and excellent communication abilities, including report writing and presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and graphics software.
- Organizational skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of additional languages, especially French, is an asset.

Compensation and Benefits
Hourly rate: $38.36 - $47.95. Successful candidates may be eligible for benefits including health, dental, travel, disability, life insurance, and a pension plan.
