What You'll Do:
Reporting to the VP, Customer Service \& Strategic Partnerships, the Bilingual Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships, supports the success of the Orbit business by executing specific goals and initiatives aligned with business strategies. Ensures all activities comply with regulations and internal policies.
The role involves leading the Strategic Partnership between Orbit and Inova Insurance, collaborating with senior leaders to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Champion a customer-focused culture across strategic partnerships to deepen relationships and leverage broader systems and knowledge.
- Work with Operations teams to define Partner Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identifying efficiency opportunities.
- Participate in multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communicate and implement service processes supporting strategic direction.
- Ensure partner operations are efficient and effective, setting targets and coordinating workflows.
- Assist in establishing strategic initiatives and achieving financial goals, including budget forecasting.
- Promote a high-performance, inclusive work environment.
- Lead and engage managers through clear communication, development plans, and performance feedback.
- Support performance management and address operational issues.
- Respond to daily operational questions, providing guidance and counseling.
- Resolve product or service issues and member complaints as needed.
- Represent the brokerage with stakeholders and insurance companies, maintaining communication and resolving procedural issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Let's Talk About You:
Ideal candidates will have:
- A university degree or equivalent insurance designation (CIP, CAIB, CPIB, FIIC).
- At least seven years of experience in property and casualty insurance.
- At least three years in a management role.
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging with all stakeholder levels.
- Strong time-management, project-management, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in French is required.
