Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field---or equivalent professional experience.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

Experience working with Microsoft 365 services and integrating third-party applications.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience in the utilities industry is an asset.

Certifications such as SAFe®, PMI-DASM™, CSM, or ITIL are considered assets.
