Hybrid work model (in office Tuesdays \& Wednesdays)The Job! As an accountant, you will execute full-cycle accounting, including month-end and year-end processes (journal entries, reconciliations, financial analysis). Your responsibilities will include:Prepare consolidated and regional financial statements for multiple international jurisdictions.
Support external audits and tax filings through documentation and working papers. Manage accounting for fixed assets, prepaids, bank transactions, corporate credit cards, and various liabilities. Collaborate on process improvement, ERP adoption (Workday), and reporting automation (Excel, Macros, PowerBI).
Adhere to and help develop internal control policies and standard operating procedures. Engage with cross-functional teams and mentor interns while contributing to a collaborative team culture. What you bring to the job
You are someone with leadership experience and comfortable with international and complex reporting environments. You also come with:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred (or in progress).2--5 years of relevant experience with strong full-cycle accounting and financial reporting background. Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros); experience with PowerBI and Workday ERP is a plus.
Familiarity with multiple accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP, ISBI, ASNPO, ASPE);High attention to detail, analytical mindset, strong communication, and ability to work independently. Flexibility to work during peak periods (e.g., month-end close) and across time zones when required. Adaptability and willingness to work in a hybrid, evolving, and mentorship-driven culture.
