Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service and engage positively with all customers.
- Greet customers with a warm demeanor.
- Accurately scan or enter product data.
- Handle cash, coupons, lottery, and PC Optimum transactions accurately.
- Ask for the customer's PC Optimum Card during transactions.
Merchandising:
- Complete proper documentation for receipts and returns.
- Maintain designated merchandising areas (facing, signage, labeling).
Loss Prevention:
- Follow loss prevention standards.
- Control cash, lottery, and stamp inventory.
General:
- Present a professional image in accordance with the uniform policy and dress code.
- Comply with health and safety regulations and store policies.
- Maintain store cleanliness and appearance.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Planning, judgment, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to balance teamwork and efficiency.
- Organized and neat.
- Efficient in processing transactions.
Experience:
- Strong computer and register skills.
- Well-organized with good record-keeping abilities.
- Detail-oriented.
