THE ROLE
What This Role Will Do
- Lead the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns for brand partners across Ticketmaster.ca.
- Develop strategic media solutions to support new business opportunities and deepen existing partnerships.
- Create and present campaign reports to internal and external stakeholders, highlighting performance, tracking against forecast, and ROI.
- Partner with leadership to adapt and commercialize Live Nation global media initiatives for the Canadian market.
- Spearhead digital-first projects including content marketing, social strategies, customer journey enhancements, and tech-driven campaigns.
- Support Digital leadership team with the development and execution of creator and paid media strategies across social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Meta Ads, and emerging channels, ensuring alignment with brand partnership objectives and audience behaviors.
- Define success metrics, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights.
- Support new business development through research, ideation, and pitch participation.
- Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to develop campaign briefs and align on goals.
- Collaborate with publishing partners to monetize new and existing Live Nation Canada content.
- Present strategic recommendations and industry best practices to partners and internal teams.
- Stay organized and proactive in managing multiple priorities and timelines.
What This Person Will Bring
- 2-4 years of experience in media planning, digital media strategy, advertising, or marketing/communications
- A strong understanding of digital media, marketing strategy, and emerging tech.
- Up-to-date knowledge of social platform algorithms, trends, and best practices --- particularly on Instagram and TikTok --- with an ability to translate these insights into strategic media recommendations.
- A creative and analytical mindset with a passion for music, entertainment, and storytelling.
- Proven experience in media planning, digital campaign management, and partner relations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with high attention to detail.
