How You Will Contribute
- Act as a resource for the team by working collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision; establish priorities, and use your strong communication and analytical, and problem-solving skills to add value to each project.
- Build and manage strong relationships with Agencies, Business Units, Marketing Partners, and other internal teams to deliver effective marketing programs.
Job Description/Accountabilities
- Support the development and execution of integrated Brand marketing campaigns aligned to the TD Brand strategy.
- Support creative brief development for tier 2 and 3 campaign work.
- Support the development of communication strategies across all tier 2 and 3 campaigns.
- Knowledgeable on industry/market trends and experts in the craft of creative execution.
- Versed in tracking/measurement requirements, followed by input to post implementation reports.
- Collaborate with Digital Performance Marketing and Customer Insights teams to ensure key messages are relevant, clear and drive desired results.
- Collaborate with Agencies and Customer Insights team on research results, providing recommendations to present.
- Support the management of day to day Scope of Work and retainer utilization.
- Apply learnings and insight to campaigns on an ongoing basis to gain efficiencies.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program, specifically in the field of Marketing; with the intent of going back to school at the start of your work term
- Problem solving skills and strong analytical capabilities to be able to evaluate research results, statistical information and leverage facts to support POVs and recommendations.
- A self-motivator with excellent organizational and communications skills to prioritize and multi-task in a collaborative or independent setting
- Proven strength managing relationships
- Must be an imaginative, enthusiastic marketer with a commitment to delivering measurable results and ability to manage projects to successful completion
- Highly organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Ability to develop support material and PowerPoint presentations to help sell strategies and creative within the bank to internal teams to gain alignment.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
