We are a leading provider of professional resume writing services and are seeking a skilled and experienced Inside Sales professional to join our team and drive business growth in North America. This role entails selling our resume writing and other related career transition services to potential clients. As an Inside Sales Leader, you will handle incoming calls exclusively. NO COLD CALLING REQUIRED!
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming inquiries and calls effectively, ensuring high-quality interactions.
- Tailor and promote our professional resume writing services to meet each customer's unique qualifications and needs.
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process and registration.
- Enhance customer engagement by collaborating with the support team.
- Adhering to proper procedures in addressing client inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities using CRM software.
- Meet daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and handle up to 30 calls per day.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in inside sales or account management in a high-intent buyer setting.
- Exceptional listening skills and the ability to establish rapport with new clients.
- Demonstrated success interfacing with customers and providing exceptional service.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, adaptable, and constantly evolving work environment.
- Ability to quickly build rapport with customers of all career levels, from entry-level to CEO
- Creative and complex thinking skills are needed to provide solutions that clients need.
- Advanced analytical thinking skills are essential to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- High level of self-motivation and awareness.
