We're redefining the real estate experience by giving homebuyers a financial edge through our Down Payment Boost --- frontloading real estate commissions into thousands of dollars in cash assistance. The result? Lower upfront costs, faster buying timelines, and a smarter path to homeownership.
We're looking for a customer-obsessed, highly organized, and performance-driven Inbound Sales Representative to guide prospective homebuyers through the most important financial decision of their lives. You'll be the first voice they hear, the first face they see, and the reason they choose Zown.
This is not a typical sales role. At Zown, we don't believe in selling --- we believe in guidance. You'll help clients feel empowered, not overwhelmed, and move them from curiosity to commitment with trust, clarity, and care.
Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation \& Qualification
- Lead high-intent inbound sales calls with prospective buyers to understand their goals, finances, and timeline.
- Educate buyers on Zown's unique model and explain Zown's mission, Down Payment Boost, and how we support them from start to finish.
- Qualify and nurture each buyer --- whether they're just researching, ready to get started, or actively searching.
- Help clients get mortgage pre-approved through our partners and guide them towards homeownership.
Pipeline Management \& Handoff
- Seamlessly transition pre-approved clients to Zown Realtors.
- Own CRM hygiene in HubSpot: Log calls, track lead stage, follow up strategically, and ensure client records are complete.
- Manage your own pipeline and follow-up calendar with precision and consistency.
Sales Performance \& Optimization
- Weekly/monthly KPIs will be provided upfront so you know what to expect and what goals to focus on.
- Use data to improve your conversion rates, optimize scripts, and increase productivity.
- Participate in weekly reviews to share learnings, refine approach, and scale best practices.

- Experience in real estate, prop tech, or mortgage sales.
- Previous performance in high-volume inbound sales or SDR roles.
- Understanding of the Canadian homebuying journey or mortgage approval process.
