In this role, you will:
Support the Talent Management team in coordinating influencer campaigns, managing client communications, and ensuring seamless execution of brand partnerships. This position is ideal for individuals with 2-3 years of experience in an agency support role, passionate about influencer marketing, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team.
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Management and Campaign Management teams.
- Collect and update influencer analytics regularly.
- Update sales materials to reflect changes in influencer platform growth and engagement.
- Distribute event invites and gifting opportunities to influencers.
- Source client and agency contacts for proactive pitches.
- Prepare, submit, and send email proposals and pitch decks efficiently.
- Assist with or lead smaller negotiations and proactive pitches.
- Spearhead influencer sourcing and outreach for brand campaigns led by Kensington Grey.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of influencer marketing strategies across social media platforms and 2-3 years of relevant experience.
