Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager and / or Team Lead in all aspects of project management
- Preparation of submission materials and tracking project progress
- Review project constraints and prepare constraints plans
- Participate in grading, servicing, and stormwater strategy for preliminary and detailed design projects.
- Engage with Clients and provide regular project updates
- Coordination with internal design teams and external consultants
- Mentor project coordinators
Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate Engineer with interest in Land Development and Project Management
- Minimum two (2) years experience in land development design or project coordination
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
- Technical knowledge of industry standards and practices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
