You will lead the year-end close processes and tax filing, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements. Additional responsibilities: Identify opportunities for cost efficiencies and process improvements in financial operations.
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support business growth and strategic initiatives. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights for leadership. Develop and monitor financial KPIs, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize financial performance.
TMGCT Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's or CPA preferred). 8+ years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in the real estate assent management industry. Strong knowledge of financial operations, budgeting, and revenue management.
