Legal Assistant -- Personal Injury Litigation

Our client, a respected and long-standing personal injury law firm in North York, is looking for a Legal Assistant to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong PI litigation experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values a team-oriented office culture.
What You'll Be Doing
• Drafting correspondence, pleadings, and court forms
• Managing undertakings, productions, and medical documentation
• Opening and organizing client files and maintaining digital records
• Scheduling discoveries, medical assessments, and court appearances
• Communicating with clients, medical providers, adjusters, and opposing counsel
• Supporting counsel with trial prep, mediation briefs, and hearing materials
• Filing through court portals and coordinating service
What We're Looking For
• 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant, preferably in personal injury
• Strong knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure
• Excellent organization and multitasking skills
• Comfort working with a high-volume caseload
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and court e-filing systems
