Job Description: Personal Caregiver at Bayshore
Bayshore is growing, and we are seeking flexible hours Personal Caregivers for casual home and community care jobs.
(PSWs) Personal Support Worker or Health Care Aide (HCA) certificates required and those who have their own personal vehicle and drive.
Available location: Erin, Ontario. Must be available Monday through Friday between 1pm-6pm.
Foreign-trained nurses with documentation, second-year RPN students, and third-year RN students are also eligible.

The Work You Will Do
Provide high-quality, compassionate care to clients on a one-to-one basis in clients' private homes and deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Provide homemaking services such as cleaning, cooking, laundry, and household management.
- Offer companionship and accompany clients to community activities.
- Deliver personal care as per the care plan.
- Ensure clients' emotional, spiritual, physical comfort, and safety.
- Assist with activities of daily living.
- Perform specialized procedures with proper training and current competency.
- Observe and document client conditions, report changes to supervisors.
- Implement infection prevention practices.

Requirements
- Completion of an accredited caregiver training program or equivalent experience.
- Strong caregiving principles and customer service skills.
- Good communication in English; French is an asset.
- Ability to provide high-quality community care services.
- Physical ability to assist clients, lift up to 23 kg, squat, bend, and reach.
- Reliable transportation; driver's license and vehicle are assets.
- Clear Criminal background and Vulnerable Sector checks.
