Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Facilitate change management for the ERP and pursue continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to financial analysis of contracts and results.
- Conduct variance analysis comparing results to budgets and KPIs.
- Develop and lead monthly financial presentations and organize project risk assessment meetings.
- Manage departmental budgets and projections with managers.
- Supervise a team of analysts and accountants.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP standards and collaborate with auditors.
Qualifications
- University degree in accounting; CPA designation is an asset.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in team management.
- Fluent in French and English, oral and written.
- Strong leadership, communication, and financial literacy skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Additional Details
- Salary: CA$120,000 - CA$140,000.
- Workweek: 37.5 hours, with early finish on Fridays and holiday closure.
