Job Description
- Work closely with the Director on reporting for all corporate entities.
- Manage the complete accounting cycle for all corporate entities.
- Handle cash management, including cash flow analysis.
- Prepare internal and external partner reports, supporting GL balances as needed.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly reviews of Shareholder's Loan.
- Prepare compliance reports for lenders, government agencies (e.g., T5018), and partners on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Reconcile intercompany accounts for corporate and project entities monthly.
- Collaborate with internal operations, sales transaction teams, external auditors, and financial institutions.
- Develop and maintain PP\&A schedules and corporate leasing agreements.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and HST filings (monthly, quarterly, annually).
- Review invoice processing and accounts payable aging for all corporate entities.
- Manage monthly fee billings, related entity chargebacks, and collections.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3-5 years of corporate accounting experience, ideally within a real estate or construction company.
- CPA designation or working towards it.
- Strong accounting, analytical, and Microsoft Excel skills; experience with real estate accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, personable demeanor.
