Main Responsibilities:

Develop and execute financial strategies that align with business growth and profitability goals.
Provide critical financial analysis to senior leadership, supporting decision-making processes.
Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
Lead the financial planning and budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Develop and uphold financial policies and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring liquidity to support operational needs and growth initiatives.
Identify potential financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Inspire and lead the finance team to achieve high standards of performance and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with applicable US and Canadian laws, including tax and regulatory obligations.
Collaborate closely with senior management to implement key business strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:

CPA or equivalent professional certification (preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, including at least 5 years in a senior financial management position.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of US and Canadian financial regulations.
Experience in e-commerce industries is highly desirable.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
