Do:Conduct in-home visits to understand customers' unique HVAC needs. Assess existing HVAC systems and evaluate home environments. Actively listen to customer concerns and questions to provide personalized recommendations.Prepare clear, detailed proposals including system options, installation plans, and cost breakdowns.
Explain technical information in a simple, relatable way to help customers understand long-term benefits. Present proposals persuasively, highlighting value and key benefits. Handle objections professionally with clear, factual responses.
Utilize effective closing techniques to finalize sales and secure contracts. Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and competitor offerings. Foster long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
Keep customers informed post-sale on maintenance, upgrades, and seasonal offers. Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any concerns. Track performance metrics and continuously seek to improve your results and process.

We're Looking For:Proven sales experience, preferably in HVAC or home services. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Technical aptitude and a desire to keep learning. Professional, consultative approach with a customer-first mindset. Self-motivated and driven to meet or exceed targets.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Flexibility to work a varying schedule---Monday through Friday with some Saturdays as needed.
