I'm working with a rapidly growing, boutique, financial services strategy consultancy, who are looking to build their Canadian team. They have a really impressive culture, and have fantastic opportunities for progression, development and proposition leadership.
++The team:++
The team partner with leading financial institutions, to create and execute sustainable strategy initiatives across their businesses. They work across insurance, reinsurance, wealth management, and asset management firms to deliver market leading strategic change.
Their work is hugely varied and covers market entry, product development, marketing \& customer strategy, digital strategy \& transformation, and identifying and executing M\&A strategy.
They work with clients across Canada and the US, including a number of engagements in New York.
++The role:++
This role is an opportunity to take a leading role in a rapidly growing capability - they are building their FS strategy capability across Canada and the US.
Candidates will have had experience leading projects across:
- Market entry
- Product development
- Marketing \& customer strategy
- Digital strategy \& transformation
- M\&A strategy
My client has specific interested in candidates who are flexible to work across a number of project types, as well as those who are ambitious, entreprenuerial and hungry to develop.
++The role will cover these key areas:++
- Complex strategy engagements - workwith exec leaders of FS businesses, and their teams, to define and deliver complex strategic and transformational solutions.
- Support internal initiatives - like bids and proposals, client management, and learning and development.
++The logistics:++
My client offers a salary of $80,000 to $115,000 (Canadian $), dependent on experience, with prosperous company benefits. This role is Toronto based, with WFH flexibility. If this ticks the boxes for you please apply.
