Title: Project Manager (Workday/ ADP)
Location: Toronto ON (Hybrid)
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full project lifecycle---from scope definition to implementation.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, tracking key milestones and deliverables.
- Apply project management best practices and tools such as MS Project.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources and align stakeholders.
- Ensure proper change management processes are in place.
- Create and execute communication, training, and documentation strategies.
- Deliver projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Provide consistent project updates to all stakeholders.
Work Environment:
- Global operations within the insurance and financial services industries.
- Experience leading global initiatives from planning through deployment.
- Strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement, communication, and team coordination.
Domain Knowledge \& Technical Expertise:
- Familiarity with HR systems (Workday, ADP).
- Experience delivering SaaS-based solutions.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycles.
- Exposure to both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Must-Have Skills:
- 5 years of experience in project management, ideally leading HR system implementations.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, and Visio.
- Experience working within both Waterfall and Agile frameworks.
- PMP and CSM certifications.
- Successful delivery of SaaS tools.
- Prior experience managing HR-related technical projects.
- Proven track record working with globally dispersed teams, API integrations, and technical deliverables.
- Strong command of tools like MS Office and JIRA.
