Job SummaryThe Co-op- Retail Liquidity Portfolio Management is a key member of the broader Corporate Treasury Markets' team. The incumbent will support the broader team in managing $80Bn of retail liquidity assets. Residing in Toronto, our new partner will ensure we optimize Capital, Liquidity, Tax, and Enterprise balance sheet value while managing within constraints set forth by Risk, Financial Controls, and Corporate Treasury Enterprise Liquidity Management. Job DescriptionWhat will you do? Develop and maintain internal portfolio performance reporting dashboards and metrics;Owner of end of day processing and closing for the desk including ticketing support, reconciliations, limit monitoring and reporting;Work with our Product Control and Performance Management team to develop accurate and complete portfolio performance reporting relative to the benchmark;Complete market research to identify short term and long term trends with a focus on rates, HQLA spreads, and broader macro economic factors;Assist with the completion of fundamental analysis on various HQLA L1, L2A and L2B issuers to identify investment opportunities and opine on relative value and pricing;Work with our various Risk Teams to ensure sufficient limits including (but not limited to) Single Name Exposure, Counterparty Credit, Key Rate Duration, etc;Work with our Accounting Groups to ensure appropriate Hedge Accounting Structures and Controls are in place to protect the timing recognition of bank earningsWhat do you need to succeed?
