Responsibilities and Tasks
- Confer with clients to identify requirements
- Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business needs
- Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation
- Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions
- Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery
- Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize security breach effects
- Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle
- Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems
- Resolve conflict situations effectively
- Perform usability testing
