What You'll Do Grow the Business: Hunt down new opportunities and applications for military/defense products, targeting federal government clients.
Own Your Accounts: Keep existing customers happy and engaged, ensuring repeat business. Strategize \& Win: Build sales plans to hit ambitious revenue goals, from buy \& resell deals to commission-based wins.
Be the Expert: Guide clients with your technical know-how, tailoring solutions to their needs. Travel \& Connect: Hit military bases across Canada, with occasional U.S. and overseas trips for trade shows and key meetings. Track \& Report: Log your wins---sales calls, visits, and market insights---for the Sales Director.
Who You Are Experienced: 5 years in sales (ideally technical or B2B; military/aerospace a bonus but not required).
Connected: Familiarity with federal procurement or government clients is a plus---we'll teach you the rest. Technical: Solid grasp of mechanical/electrical systems (you don't need to be an engineer; just get the gist). Bilingual: French/English skills preferred (especially in Quebec), but not a dealbreaker.
