The Opportunity
The Maropost marketing team is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced growth leader who will be responsible for leading and developing the strategy and execution of global multichannel programs that contribute significantly to our pipeline and revenue goals. The Director, Demand Generation will lead Maropost's growth marketing team, driving strategy and execution in all digital channels across paid, earned, and owned as well as integrated global demand programs.

About The Position
This highly visible leadership role will collaborate closely with sales, CX, partner, product marketing, content and creative, marketing operations, and the CMO to identify and execute the best marketing strategies for building pipeline, accelerating revenue, and expanding customers. This role is best suited for a tenacious, builder-type that thrives in ambiguity and opportunity. This leader will have a proven ability to build high-performing teams that deliver multichannel campaigns with positive ROI -- not just MQLs and pipeline. What You'll Be Responsible For
- Design and implement scalable demand generation programs, processes, and campaigns that drive company growth across key markets in AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure successful execution and alignment with revenue goals.
- Lead the creation and optimization of high-impact lead generation campaigns across digital channels, including email marketing, webinars, advertising, SEO, and others.
- Develop and pilot ABM strategies that increase engagement and pipeline of our highest value target accounts in partnership with sales leadership.
- Own Maropost dot com and sub-brand web properties, leading strategy for site optimization, updates, and redesign, as needed.
- Oversee conversion rate optimization strategies, including funnel analysis, website optimization, and landing page testing, ultimately optimizing our website to maximize the acquisition of visitors, increase engagement, and grow revenue.
- Own your overall program performance with support from Marketing Ops to analyze campaign, channel, and conversion rate performance data regularly to measure the effectiveness of demand generation initiatives.
- Build and lead a high-performing growth marketing team, providing clarity, feedback, and professional growth.
- Identify customer segments, verticals, and personas to optimize lead generation efforts across global markets.
- Conduct experimentation across marketing programs, including digital marketing, demand generation, partner/ecosystem, lifecycle marketing, and events.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics, providing insights and driving action to improve marketing effectiveness.
What You'll Need To Bring To Maropost
- 8 years of experience leading global digital and demand generation in B2B SaaS.
- Deep digital marketing expertise across paid channels, digital experience strategy, site conversion, SEO, and email/lifecycle marketing.
- Strong background in demand generation and ABM for enterprise and mid-market audiences is required, bonus if you also have experience in high-velocity PLG models.
- Track record of ideating and launching campaigns with demonstrable success in pipeline generation and revenue growth.
- Hands-on leader with practical prioritization skills, willing to dive in to the day-to-day execution with the team.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and influence skills, with prior success in aligning GTM team members to achieve shared goals.
- Experience in ecosystem marketing with a broad and active partner program, including leading events strategy and execution.
- People-focused leader with prior experience managing broad skillsets across demand and digital, global teams, and external resources.
- Prior experience building and scaling small teams at start-ups and/or scale-ups, including organizational change management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and adept at working with cross-functional executive leadership.
