Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an I.T. Manager for Dawn's client in the retail energy industry. The I.T. Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's technical infrastructure, managing IT projects, and ensuring the smooth operation of all systems. This role will be located in Toronto, ON, with the flexibility for some work from home.
Qualifications
- IT Management, Network Security, and Systems Administration skills
- Administrating mainly Microsoft environment (Office 365, AD, Azure)
- Supporting VOIP phone system
- Supporting 100+ staff in the office, and about 100 remote users
- Supporting all applications (in-house built, and commercial apps: CRM, ERP, Microsoft Power BI, accounting systems, dashboards, reporting systems)
- Experience in managing IT projects and implementing technical solutions
- Knowledge of cloud computing, cybersecurity, and database management
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Security+, or PMP are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
