Reporting to the Digital and Insurance Lead, the Personal Lines Insurance Advisor is accountable for delivering superior client service that promotes new business and client retention while maximizing cross sell opportunities. Key Accountabilities Provide expert knowledge and legendary service to new and existing clients that promote Stratis' personal lines products and identify leads that general a closed sale. Maintain and grow a client book of accounts through retention and cross sell opportunities.
Adhere to audit and compliance standard in accordance with Insurance Council rules and regulations. Education \& RequirementsLevel 1 or 2 Insurance License in BCWorking towards completion of CIP considered an asset ExperienceExperience with Personal Lines insurance (home, condo, tenant)Client sales and retention experience Relationship building experience Office experience considered an asset SkillsMicrosoft OfficeCommunication (written and verbal) Organization Time management
