Key ResponsibilitiesDiscussing equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers. Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company's products or services to customers. Preparing preliminary designs and budget cost estimates by studying all related customer documents, consulting with engineers, and our manufacturers.
Project management duties including engineering submittal package preparation, equipment delivery scheduling, and general project coordination with manufacturers. Assisting with territory specific marketing efforts including product advertising, generating case studies, and attending trade shows. Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing orders, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
QualificationsStrong interpersonal skills both for building professional relationships with clients and effectively communicating with other members of the sales team. Strong written and verbal communication including public speaking experience. Management skills related to preparation and management of scopes of service, budgets, and schedules.
Ability to relate technical information to technical and non-technical customers. Excellent technical and problem-solving skills. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
Education and ExperienceDegree in Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil engineering, or related field.
